The Nicklaus Tournament Course is truly one of Nicklaus' best. This course is a remarkable test of golf where accuracy is rewarded and errant shots are severely penalized. Layout had drop offs from fairways and greens on most holes. Could have been more diverse. GPS was not working and markings were few and far between. Greens were very fast. Fast greens made adjusting a little difficult with other rounds.

Be ready for this course, after playing this course, you will know why you are not on TV. Outstanding staff, very helpful and have a sense of humor. They want you to have fun. CHALLENGING course, but all of our golfers (all levels) realy enjoy this course> We have found that all the courses at laQuinta are excellent fun, challengeing courses to play

What a great course, Jack Nicklaus has done some fine things in desigining this course. It's challenging while also at the same time rewarding. manay of his holes bring into play, water and or bunkers on one side of the fairway, with wooded tree areas on the other a true combination that makes this a must play course. Not to forget the 9th and 18th holes two great test to finsh each nine.
